You are important to us, therefore we want to offer a service that will bring you back to us. Therefore we will not rest until we meet your requirements.

This is our pledge:

We undertake to repair, for any make and any model desktop or laptop. We will contact you with a diagnosis, quotation and lead-time on any parts required and will also keep you informed of the current progress as well as repair to component level.

Money Matters:

NO FIX, NO FEE. If your broken laptop is beyond economical repair we will return your laptop in the condition received, in which case there are no inspection charges, just a £25.00 Postage and Packing fee.

Fill in our Contact Us Enquiry Form on the laptop repairs page. Please describe your laptop problem in detail, giving as much information as possible, i.e. make, model, screen size etc. Where possible we aim to give you a quotation by return, however in some cases we will need to inspect your laptop beforehand.

We also offer a UK collection service at £25.00 (excluding VAT), please contact us for further details.
